We have dealt with many contractors over the years. Matts Exterior’s professionalism sets a very high bar. My daughter had used the company’s services for a roof replacement and she recommended Matts Exterior to us. After a consultation, we had roof maintenance done on our home to correct a leak, general roof maintenance, an exterior door replaced that had been leaking, as well as some additional exterior maintenance, including replacement of vent covers. Matt was the only contractor who found the source of the roof leak. Matt and/or Dan were on site for the entire time the workers were at our home. It was an extremely hot day and the team stuck it out until all the work was completed. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Matts Exterior. We recently had our roof, fascia, soffit, gutters, and some siding and corner boards replaced by Matt’s Exteriors, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Our home looks so much better, and the entire experience—from the initial estimate to the final walk-through—was exceptional. I first contacted Mr. Graden with Matt's Exteriors for an estimate on the work that needed to be done. He was knowledgeable, honest, and upfront about what was needed and provided a detailed quote outlining the work. It took me more than six months to make my decision, and during that time I contacted Graden several times with questions and requests for clarification. He was always patient, professional, and willing to make the trip back to our home to answer my questions. Graden was truly a pleasure to work with. Once I decided to move forward, Mr. Conner was assigned as our project manager. Conner scheduled a meeting at our home to review every detail of the project. Because there was a significant amount of work involved, he carefully went over each step to make sure there were no misunderstandings about what would be completed. He also provided a detailed schedule so we knew what to expect each day. Once the work began, Conner was at our home every morning to make sure everything was progressing as planned and to answer any questions I had. At the end of each day, he would contact me to let me know what work was scheduled for the following day. His communication and attention to detail were outstanding. The tradesmen were equally impressive. They arrived early, worked hard throughout the day, and cleaned up around our home before leaving. They were professional, courteous, and, most importantly, outstanding craftsmen. The quality of their work was excellent. We are extremely happy that we chose Matt’s Exteriors. The entire process was professional and well-organized, and there were no surprises or unexpected changes to the original quote. Exceptional Work by Matt's Exteriors! We had our roof replaced with new shingles and new gutters by Matt's Exteriors and the work was absolutely extraordinary. I had been having problems with my gutters overflowing for a while. I finally contacted Matt’s.They weren’t able to completely solve the problem immediately, however they stayed with it, and this last time Matt himself came out. Yesterday we had 2 inches of rain in around an hour, and the gutters worked perfectly! Matt’s has great customer service, I can’t thank them enough for sticking with it.

This is my second time using Matts. The first time was over 20 years ago On a different home. After work was completed. A piece of flashing around a rock fireplace was mismatched to the color of the roof we chose it was located on the front of the house. We reached out to Connor and he called me back later that evening after hours. Although I was upset Connor was caring understanding and very professional. He came up with a solution of painting the flashing that almost perfectly matched to the roofing. Matt exterior team went way above and beyond our expectations. Their warranty is unbeatable. They did a great job replacing our roof. In and out in a day. The crew that did our roof was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and competent.

From start to finish, our Experience with Matt’s was excellent. Graden the Exterior Consultant got the ball rolling by doing a thorough review of our shingles with a shingle manufacturer to confirm that total replacement was necessary. Once we moved forward, Matt’s crew showed up 0630 and even with the heat and humidity worked until late afternoon. When they finished the first day, Dario and crew did a complete clean up and if not for the dumpster, you wouldn’t have known work was being done on the house. Conner the Project Supervisor was there on-site both mornings to make sure we were happy with the process of the project. Dario and crew finished up the following day and the roof looks great. I have a stone fire place on the roof and Dario noticed some grout missing during the clean up process and had one of his workers re-grout the areas that needed repair. When they were done, they did an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend Matt’s for the work they do and for the quality people they have on board like Graden, Dario and Conner.
