Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with local homeowners and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire sales process.
• Conduct detailed exterior home evaluations, carefully documenting findings and identifying each homeowner’s specific needs.
• Provide clear, honest product and service recommendations tailored to the property and budget, while preparing and presenting professional estimates and proposals.
• Manage all assigned leads with consistent follow-up communication, accurate CRM documentation, and proactive pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to production, assisting with customer questions or concerns prior to project start.
• Maintain strong forecasting habits by tracking personal sales metrics, monitoring closing ratios, and reporting performance to management.

Production Coordinator (Full-Time)

Matt’s Exteriors is seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Fayetteville, GA, with performance-based growth opportunities.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands construction operations, and can proactively manage scheduling, coordination, and daily production flow to ensure projects run efficiently.

Position Overview

As our Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project supervisors, install crews, and technicians while managing daily production operations. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Owner to coordinate materials, labor, scheduling, and documentation.

This role requires strong organizational skills, daily forecasting, customer communication, and internal project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project supervisors, install crews, and technicians
• Schedule and manage delivery and pickup of all materials, disposal, and labor work orders
• Coordinate and manage delivery of windows and doors, including checking in materials and reporting damages
• Work with Project Managers daily to manage projects internally
• Assist with callbacks and customer complaints as needed
• Maintain non-stop forecasting and planning
  Prepare production numbers for weekly production meetings
• Track weekly revenue for installs and report completed jobs
• Document rain days and loss days
• Take weekly warehouse inventory and report numbers to management
• Ensure all applicable permits are valid
• Upload and document all job correspondence in JobNimbus
• Assist management with subcontractor invoices and job photos
• Follow up with customers and forward completed projects for invoicing

Position Overview

As our Videographer & Social Media Creator, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content that showcases our roofing, window, siding, and exterior remodeling projects. You will work closely with company leadership to develop and execute content strategies that elevate our presence across digital platforms.

This role requires hands-on filming, editing, content planning, and social media support.

Key Responsibilities

• Film projects on-site (before, during, and after completion)
• Capture customer testimonials and team footage
• Produce short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Assist with posting and scheduling content across platforms
• Collaborate directly with the owner on content strategy and messaging
• Maintain organized digital video files and media assets
• Contribute creative ideas that support marketing campaigns and brand growth

Requirements

• Prior video production experience required
• Must own professional camera and basic audio equipment
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)
• Strong understanding of short-form social media content
• Comfortable filming on job sites and around construction crews
• Reliable transportation
• Portfolio or demo reel required

Compensation

Part-time (15–25 hours per week)

Weekend Driver (Part-Time)

Position Overview

We are hiring a reliable weekend driver to operate our 20’ mobile billboard vehicle in high-visibility retail areas. This is not a delivery job. This is a lead-generation position. You will not be driving all day. The role follows an 80/20 model — most of your shift is spent parked in busy, high-visibility areas where brand exposure is strongest. This is a performance-based position. Bonuses are tied directly to qualified leads generated. This position offers opportunity for growth for individuals who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and performance.

Key Responsibilites:

• Drive a 20’ billboard vehicle on strategic routes
• Park in high-visibility retail and shopping areas
• Remain parked 60–90 minutes per location
• Distribute flyers while parked
• Log all stops and activity
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
